PNG Australia Targetted Training Facility Review

EDG has been contracted to review and revise the PNG Australia Targetted Training Facility's (PATTAF) Logical Framework Matrix (LFM), and design a revised Monitoring and Evaluation Framework that addresses outcomes, outputs and processes. The revised framework included the identification of indicators for Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) management efficiency that could be compared across different country programs.
